Owner Driver Standard and eligible Fleet Carrier plans include a card-backed three-month entry period. Owner Driver Pro and Company Pro are paid immediately. Company Free core load posting does not require a paid subscription.

Before starting a paid plan, you can see exactly what Houlvek charges for, how trials work and how VAT is handled.
Paid plans cover access to Houlvek services and platform tools. Houlvek does not collect, hold or settle the haulage payment for a load between the company or shipper and the carrier.
Paid-plan prices are shown before VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at secure checkout. Houlvek VAT Registration No. GB 394 7971 31.
Where an eligible trial is offered, the subscription charge is £0 during the stated trial period. A payment card is required and the plan renews automatically at the displayed monthly price plus applicable VAT unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Company / Shipper core marketplace access and HGV load posting remain available without a paid subscription on Company Free.
